Perhaps in your most fed up moments, you made the commitment to start.
You vowed to start going to the gym.

As an already busy mom and wife with career and home responsibilities, extracurricular activities and on and on, you literally can't afford to waste your time on anything that isn't getting you to where you want to be.

3. They feel alone and unsupported
Most people try to make new habits and keep the same old environment.
Sure, our friends and family are fabulous people. But they may not understand our goals to celebrate our minds and bodies.
Studies show that we absorb the qualities and habits of those in our environment. When we hang around with people who are seeking the same goals as we are, it helps us to get better TOGETHER.
