I love ALL the details of a wedding! But it can be so hard to make all the details of your BIG DAY coordinate just perfectly. So when my sister-in-law asked me to create Custom Wedding Invitations and Signs for her BIG day, I was so excited! I’ll show you what we came up with, and how YOU can work with me to create custom signs for your wedding!

As the bride-to-be, Julie looked all over Etsy to find coordinating signs and Invitations that she loved. The problem was this. None of them looked EXACTLY how she wanted or said exactly what she wanted them to say. Isn’t that always the problem? So we just worked together to create them to match the look and feel of the other beautiful details of her big day.
Custom Wedding Invitations and Signs Package
If you’ve searched all over Etsy, and can’t find the perfect coordinating signs for your wedding, this is the perfect option for you! Let’s work together on your perfect theme and content for your signs!
(See below for more details).
Custom Wedding Guest Book Sign
Julie opted for a more modern guest book idea, which I have seen on Pinterest and love! She provided guests with a Polaroid camera, pens, and washi tape, to snap a pic of themselves and put it in the book with a message along the side. So we made this coordinating sign to go along with it.
Here we are at the wedding! My husband, Aaron, (Julie’s brother) officiated the wedding! He was an amazing “ministainer”! (That’s entertainer and minster combined – and yes, it’s a Friends reference, because, well…it’s me!)
This Elizabeth and James dress that I got from Rent the Runway ended up being so cute and comfortable. I highly recommend it, but encourage you to size up! If you’ve never used Rent the Runway for a wedding, I seriously encourage you to do so. You never wear one of those dresses twice, so it’s the perfect option!
Custom Wedding Signs for the Bar
We found a similar saying on Pinterest and just had to recreate it with this open bar sign! I love it. It could even be cute if you added your wedding day hashtag to the sign. Do people still do that? #imold
Notice how we coordinated the wedding signs to go perfectly with her wedding bouquet!
A Signature Cocktail is such a cute way to incorporate other little details of your theme! Julie got engaged in Twin Falls Maui last year – something we all got to witness on a family trip! I love how we included those details into this Signature Cocktail sign!
Notice how the signs also match the bridesmaid’s dresses!
Custom Wedding Invitations and Signs: Gifts and Cards
There’s always going to be the people who bring gifts to your wedding, so you might as well have a sign telling them where they should put it!
Here’s Your Seat…
…But your spot is on the dance floor!
Simplicity is always beautiful, and I love the way this Seating Chart turned out.
As you may know, I always encourage my customers to purchase their posters through Walgreens, because they always have coupons on their site, and you can order it online and pick it up within the hour. If you have a Walgreens near you, you can print your poster and then frame it, or you can have it mounted on poster board. Of course if you don’t have a Walgreens near you, or if the poster is too big, here are a few other recommendations for printing large posters that you can read about.
Julie opted to print this one through Walgreens and look how great it turned out!
Lastly, thank you so much for taking the time to read about these ideas for Custom Wedding Signs.
