How to Plan a Virtual Digital Party: Virtual Party Invitations
Now that you’ve gotten your technology platform for your digital party figured out, let’s talk invitations. Now, you can absolutely use an online invitation service like Evite or Paperless Post that sends invitations, tracks your RSVP list, and sends out reminders, you might know that I’m old school. I love a good old fashioned invitation. If you’ve read about How and Where to Print Digital Invitations, then you already have the download on printing digital invites. However, there’s another option with digital party invitations that you might not have thought of. And it’s totally free!
Because most digital party invitations come as a JPG file, you can purchase any digital invitation from somewhere like, my Etsy Shop, or elsewhere on the web, and save it to your computer. Then you can paste the JPG into the body of an email and BCC all your guests!

Don’t forget to decorate! Just because you are throwing a virtual party or shower doesn’t mean you can skimp on the party decorations! Obviously, I’m a big fan of digital party decorations because I love to design them. Read about what digital party decorations are here. However, I also love how they make you feel festive and excited. We all need a little more of that during quarantine. Amiright? That’s why the idea of digital party decorations is so great. They get you in a fun party mood but don’t break the bank! It’s a total win win!
